We understand and recognise that some customers may experience a change in circumstances that will impact on their ability to pay and meet their financial obligations as they fall due or even long term.

 

Where Financial hardship is being experienced, we are committed to help and have a process and policy in place to support this, which will be available online shortly.

 

If you believe you are currently in financial hardship, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. As part of our internal process we will assess individuals’ circumstances, so we can identify a suitable solution. This may include, but not limited to, implementing a suitable and sustainable payment arrangement or providing you with an extension of time to pay.
